How can I become a Real Estate Agent?
You must take the required pre-licensing course and pass the course exams then you
must pass the state licensing exam and finally you must affiliate with a broker.
MD - DC - VA – 60 hours
NJ – 75 hours
DE – 99 hours
PA - 2/30 hour sessions
Do you have Financial Aid?
No, the class must be paid in full at registration or on the first day of class.
What form of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Money Orders.
What is the difference between classroom and on-line courses?
On-line is a self-study class and for classroom classes you will have an in-person
instructor.
What is the cost of the classes?
Each state class has different pricing – please refer to our “Get Your License”
page and click on the state you are interested in becoming licensed in.
How long does it take to complete the course and become licensed?
Classes may be completed in as little as 2 weeks or may take 2 months depending
on which class you choose. All classes will cover the required hours of that state.
Where are classes held?
We offer Weekday, Evening, Weekend and Evening/Saturday classes. Every training
center may offer a specific class (such as Weekend classes only) or they may offer
several choices.
How can I register for the classes?
You can register using the on-line registration, by mail, by fax or in person at
the training centers .
What is the dress code for the pre-licensing classes?
Casual attire is recommended. Please refrain from wearing shorts, halter tops or
attire that is too revealing.
Can I tape record or video tape the classes?
Recording of any kind is not permitted in the classrooms.
What do I need to bring to the class?
Paper, pen, pencils and a highlighter are recommended.
Will I need to attend all of the pre-licensing classes?
Yes, in order to receive a certificate of completion, you must attend all classes
and pass the final exam within the given time frame for each state.
